Head of Operations & Delivery

Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the operational efficiency and delivery excellence of our company.
Responsibilities:
Operations & Delivery Mastery: Take the helm in ensuring smooth operations and seamless delivery processes across the organization. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
Client Onboarding, Management, and Fulfillment: Be the face of our company to our valued clients. From the moment they come on board, you’ll guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem. Your knack for building lasting client relationships will be key in nurturing partnerships and driving satisfaction.
End-to-End Project Management: Lead the charge in project execution from conception to completion. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate actions throughout the delivery and fulfillment phases. Your strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Regular Client Meetings: Foster strong client relationships through proactive engagement and regular check-ins. Your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
Regular Internal Stakeholder Meetings: Serve as a bridge between departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Your leadership and communication skills will be paramount in aligning internal stakeholders towards common goals and objectives.

Requirements:
